Why do we not specify one dilution ratio?

The technical data sheet describes CL 201 as a concentrated cleaner. However, the supplied TDS contains no dilution table or approved ratios for floors, machinery and individual types of contamination. We therefore do not give a universal dose that the documentation does not support.

A pH measurement is not an application instruction

The physical properties section of the TDS refers to a 2% solution when describing pH. This alone does not mean that every surface should be cleaned at that concentration. Measurement conditions and working-solution preparation instructions serve different purposes.

What should you tell the advisor?

  • The type and severity of contamination.
  • The surface material, coatings and sensitive components.
  • The cleaning method and machine model, if applicable.
  • Operating conditions and process restrictions.
  • The required result and subsequent use of the cleaned surface.

Ask for recommendations covering concentration, application conditions, contact time and the finishing procedure. If given a ratio, check whether it describes concentrate as a proportion of the finished solution or the ratio of concentrate to water. Do not replace missing instructions with a calculation based on pH data.

From selection to quotation

View the product description on the CL 201 page. The TDS lists 5 l and 20 l packs and a drum; confirm current availability and the quantity needed for your process in your enquiry. Without approved dosing, we do not promise coverage in square metres.

Ask about the recommended CL 201 dilution and describe the application. The answer should address your process and current documentation for the supplied product.

Documentation and scope

Basis: the technical data sheet “ENYRUN CL 201 — Zmywacz alkaliczny” (without an issue date) and CL 201 safety data sheet version 9.02 of 27 September 2022. Before use, request current documentation for the supplied product. This guide helps prepare for product selection; it does not replace application instructions, the label or the safety data sheet.
