LB 110 4 silicone grease is used on moving parts such as hinges and guides. It protects injection moulds against corrosion and helps reduce wear on moulds and moulding equipment. Described applications include protection of electrical connections against moisture, such as trailer plugs and sockets; door seals in industrial and mobile cold rooms to help prevent freezing; release applications involving paints and adhesives; and assembly of rubber components.
The source recommends cleaning components with CL 101 6 or CL 191 before treatment. Confirm cleaner and substrate compatibility.
